Estonian writer Ilmar Taska has been invited to introduce his novels Pobeda 1946 and Better than Life at the Denmark’s largest book fair Bogforum. His novels were translated into Danish by Birgita Bonde Hansen and published by Jensen & Dalgaard.
Ilmar Taska will be interviewed by Danish author Leif Davidsen on Saturday, October 27th at the festival main stage.
And on October 28 Ilmar Taska and translator Brigita Bonde Hansen will converse at the Bogforum’s red stage.
More than 200 publishing houses are represented at the Bogforum and the festival has more than 35000 visitors every year. Ilmar Taska’s novel Pobeda 1946 is currently being translated into 8 more languages.
