Children’s writer and illustrator Kertu Sillaste will perform at Leipzig Book Fair.
Kertu Sillaste (1973) is an illustrator, art teacher, and author of children’s books. She graduated from the Estonian Academy of Arts in textile design, and is completing an arts-instruction master’s degree at Tallinn University. She has illustrated 14 books and written three books herself. The author is a member of the Estonian Graphic Designers Association and the Estonian Section of IBBY. Sillaste is furthermore a long-time collaborator with the children’s magazine Täheke.
